1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products (unless due to our error).
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at returns@theholisticportal.com with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for return
- We’ll respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
3. Refunds
- Refunds (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- If your return is not approved (e.g., the product was opened or used), we will notify you and you may request the item be returned at your expense.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at returns@theholisticportal.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Your order number
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale items (final sale)
- Products purchased through third-party retailers
